Rose Cake

A husband approached me to make a three year wedding anniversary surprise cake for his wife. He gave me no hints or ideas as far as decorations went, I was on my own. I hadn't made a romantic cake before.

This is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and a fresh strawberry filling.
